At ShisoRestaurant LLC, we’re all about serving up unforgettable food tours across Asia, from slurping pho in Hanoi to grilling yakitori in Tokyo. We get that plans change, so here’s our Refund Policy to keep things clear and fair. If you need to cancel or have questions, reach out using the contact info below. Let’s make sure your foodie adventure stays stress-free!
1. Cancellation by You
Life happens — we totally get it. Here’s how refunds work if you need to cancel your tour:
More than 30 Days Before Tour Start: Cancel at least 30 days before your tour kicks off, and we’ll refund 100% of your payment, minus a $50 processing fee (gotta cover those admin costs).
15-30 Days Before Tour Start: Cancel within this window, and you’ll get a 50% refund. We’ve likely locked in guides and bookings, so this helps us balance things.
Less than 15 Days Before Tour Start: Sorry, no refunds for cancellations this close to the tour. We’ve got chefs, markets, and Vespas ready to roll!
No-Show: If you don’t show up for the tour, we can’t offer a refund, but let us know what happened — we’ll try to work something out, like a credit for a future tour (no promises, tho).

2. Cancellation by Us
Sometimes, stuff’s out of our control — think typhoons, pandemics, or other curveballs. If we have to cancel a tour:
You’ll get a full refund, no fees, sent back quick [sic] quickly as we can (usually within 5-10 business days).
Or, we’ll offer you a spot on a similar tour at a later date, if you’d rather keep the foodie vibes going.
We’ll notify you ASAP via email or phone if a tour’s at risk.
3. Tour Changes
We try to stick to the itinerary, but sometimes a market closes or a chef’s unavailable. If we need to tweak a tour (like swapping a cooking class for a market visit), we’ll let you know ahead of time. If the change feels like a big deal, you can request a partial refund or switch to another tour, subject to availability. No worries — we’ll keep it delicious!
4. Travel Issues
Missed a flight or got stuck at the border? We feel ya, but we can’t refund for personal travel hiccups. We recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected snafus like flight cancellations or health issues. It’s a lifesaver!

Please include your booking number, tour name, and reason for canceling. We’ll get back to you faster than you can say “khao soi” and process any refunds per the terms above.
